Internationally Acclaimed Local Rock Hero Tommy Zvoncheck
Releases Exceptional New CD “ZKG”
and
Announces the Grand Opening of ZKG Recording and Mastering Studio!

NJ resident and keyboard wizard Tommy Zvoncheck has a few things to smile about lately. Husband to Joan and father to John, his newly released cd is simply a masterpiece that is receiving excellent reviews!

Zvoncheck’s bio reads like a who’s who list of the rock industry, performing and/or recording with world reknown bands and artists including Blue Oyster Cult, Public Image Ltd., Suzanne Fellini, Clarence Clemmons and the Red Bank Rockers, Kasim Sulton (of Todd Rundgren's Utopia) Spencer Davis, The Turtles, The Dream Syndicate, Aldo Nova  & Fernando Saunders.

In December, Zvoncheck had the honor of performing at the Governor’s mansion for Gov. Christine Todd Whitman’s Christmas Party.  Later that month, he also performed at Senator John Lynch’s Christmas party.  Zvoncheck lent his synthesizer programming talents for the German singer called, “Nena” (who had the 1980’s Hit “99 Luftballoons”) in preparation for her tour of Germany in October.

Described by some as a work of rock fusion, his record draws you in the from the start like a black hole and doesn’t let up as his passion and power shines through.  Every song is different, beginning with the intriguing themes of “Off the Shore, ZKG, and “Storm Chaser,” a song featuring Blue Oyster Cult’s Donald “Buck Dharma” Roeser to the exotic themes of Indinaja and the powerful melodic ballad called, “The Evil That Lurks Within.”

Other talented musicians who helped out with the recording include
Drummer Keith Crane and Guitarist Stan Jankowski.  There's a special guest appearance from Blue Oyster Cult guitarist Donald "Buck Dharma" Roser on tha track "Strom Chaser."
There’s a reason this master of the keyboards has achieved such a high level of success.  His sheer talent, hard work, drive and dedication, with a bit of networking skills too has helped him get where he is today.

Zvoncheck also recently opened ZKG recording studio for film scoring and to produce area musicians' recordings.

His orchestration and production skills are solid as evident in the CD.  The music is filled with layer upon layer that could have easily collided, but every instrument is heard clearly.

Zvoncheck has been receiving excellent reviews on his work.  Music journalist and reviewer Cindy Beth Gordon, a contributing writer for Songwriter’s Monthly Magazine and music reviewer for www.clickincountry.com describes Zvoncheck as the “Eddie Van Halen of  keyboardists.”

“His talents at the keyboard will amaze and inspire all who listen. He is the master wizard of keyboards!”  Gordon a former student of Zvoncheck’s added, “He’s in his glory jamming away on those keyboards.”
